DAB was honored to attend AICAD 2017 -11th International Conference on Axiomatic Design- which was hosted by the Faculty of Machine Manufacturing and Industrial Management in Iaşi-România between September 13-15, 2017.

Axiomatic design is an innovative design method born in the US and developed by Professor. Nam Pyo Suh of Boston MIT that uses matrix methods to systematically analyze translation of customer requirements into functional requirements, design parameters, and process variables.

During  the conference Marco Molon -DAB Pumps R&D Dept- presented a scientific article titled "Improving the Reliability of a Fire-Fighting Pump Set with Axiomatic Design", which features the restyling project of Compact Fire-Fighting Pump Set.
